Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the fashion pieces are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
